| Mr.Tushar Mehendale, the Managing Partner, took over Electromech Engineers in 2000 and is basically responsible for overall management of the business. Prior to joining Electromech Engineers he was based in USA. He underwent post-graduate studies in USA after completing his graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering. He has been responsible for Electromech's foray into the global markets. Under his aegis, the company has achieved ISO 9001 - 2000 certification. Mr. Mehendale looks after the entire manufacturing activity of the company and is also responsible for the overall co-ordination of Design, Sales, Administration, Finance, Human Resources & Planning departments. | |||

| Mr.S.Raman who has been with the company since 1993, heads Electromech Engineers' Computerized Engineering Services Cell. He looks after all pre-sales and design aspects of the business. He is a graduate engineer with over 41 years experience in India as well as abroad. Prior to joining Electromech Engineers he has worked with reputed crane manufacturers such as Hoist-O-Mech Ltd., Bombay (as the Works Manager), Garlick Engineering, Bombay (as their Operations Manager) and with Khandelwal Udyog (a division of Acme Manufacturing Co. Ltd.) Bombay (as their Dy. Chief Executive) Mr.Raman has also worked for Bilfinger and Berger GmBh, Germany (as their General Manager - Projects for Africa). | |||
